Proposes to repair and expand his deck and add stairs next to Ft. Meadow Reservoir.

7:05            Notice of Intent
303 Boundary St. – Westerly Waste Treatment Plant
The City of Marlborough proposes to upgrade the Westerly Waste Treatment plant by installing four (4) new buildings and associated drainage.  Some work is proposed near wetlands.

7:10            Notice of Intent (Continuation of Public Hearing)
Between Hayes Memorial and Forest St. - The Gutierrez Company Proposes to construct an office park, including three buildings, associated parking and access drives, utilities and a stormwater management system on property between Hayes Memorial Drive and Forest St.  (shown as Assessors Map 110, Parcel 5)

7:20            Notice of Intent (Continuation of Public Hearing) Continued to May 21st.
177 Maple St. – 175 Maple St. L.L.C.
Proposes to re-develop the storage building associated with the former Dennison Manufacturing Building at 177 Maple St. near a small stream.  The construction will include the demolition and construction of a new retail building with associated parking and utilities.
